AID STATIONS
Water will be available to fill your own cup or bottle with at all aid stations on the 5km, 10km, and 21km courses. Electrolytes will be available at the finish line and at selected aid stations on the 10km & 21km courses.
NOTE: This is a cupless event. Please bring your own reusable cups, bottles, or other hydration container.

BOAT RAMP ACCESS
Please note: The boat ramp located behind Fisherman’s Wharf Resturant at the Port Ōhope Wharf will be CLOSED for the entire day on the 8th February. There will be NO ACCESS available to the boat ramp. Please use another of Ōhope’s excellent boat ramps to launch your boat at on this occasion.
